After selecting your holiday home choice ( villa or apartment),  we will assist you in making the right choice for your holiday, and all that is required from yourselves is to immediately secure your choice of accommodation through proceeding with your booking on our website with our simple online reservation request form or alternatively you can call us.  we, then will send to you an email confirming your selection along with detailed invoice with all needed info. ( Reservation request will be pending and subject to availability till will be send in written by us the confirmation details, invoice and only after requested deposit payment received will be considered confirmed! )

The reservation is confirmed when minimum 25% (deposit) of the total amount is received at the time of booking. If booking is less than 4 weeks from arrival date the Full Amount is payable upon booking to be confirmed.  The online request form at our website is on request basis and will be subject to availability and only after send in written by us the confirmation details, invoice and only after requested deposit payment received  and only then your reservation will be considered confirmed!

The most popular payment methods are bank wire transfer or via credit card; however the credit card payment method incurs additional charges compared to the wire transfer.

No same sex groups permitted. No groups under the age of 21 years. No pets. No smoking inside. Guests should not exceed the maximum number of Guests that is indicated at our villas/Apartments website.

In order to avoid offences and noise complaints within the complex / neigbours,  we kindly requesting not to make noise or play music especially after 23:00. Noise nuisance and music after 23:00 is prohibited.

With regards to your property key and check in support, instructions will be provided to you prior to your arrival and we will need to have your exact flight details minimum 72 hours prior to your arrival.  A member of our Family will wait you on arrival date to give to you key and help for the check in. But in case you will not have your transfers book via us,  in addition to your arrival time to Cyprus we are kindly requesting you to call us +-15 minutes before you will reach our Villas or Apartments,  and we will come at villa/Apartment to wait you.  In case of late arrivals or delays, we are kindly requesting you to inform us at the emergency mobile line will be provided to you ensuring a smooth start to your holidays.

There are two recommended ways of getting to your holiday Accommodation – either by hiring a car or a taxi. However, a taxi service is recommended when it is your first time in Cyprus as you are perhaps not familiar with the areas. Both options guarantee that the transport will be available at the airport. If you choose to pre-book an airport taxi services via us, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals point, meet you and drive you to our villas /apartments. A public bus is available, too,  but it will take you much more longer time to reach our accommodation depending of bus route and your arrival time.  Get your way to our villas / apartments in case you will go with car rental or any other means of transportation.

Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00.

Early check in and Late check-out are subject to availability and the discretion of the owners upon request and might incur an extra charge.

Water usage, Wi-Fi internet access and satellite TV are included in the price.  AC/ Electricity use will be at extra cost as per actual electricity authority meter reading at EUR0.35 per kWh.

Minimum stay in 7 Nights. (Both rates and inventory availability for stays less than above minimums stays are on Request Quotation basis )  & for Long Stay over 29 Night + …Super Special rates available upon request. Annual residences rental is available, too!

The villa / apartment will be cleaned for your arrival, and fully equipped for self-catering and cleaning facilities, extra set of fresh linen & towels are available in the property. If you wish to arrange extra cleaning or linen change can be offered upon client’s request at optional cost and to be paid direct to cleaner or as pre-agreed.

Cyprus operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz,  the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern ( UK style plug ) and we provide at our properties the Europe style travel adaptor plugs!
